Compared to Titanium nitride, TiCN coating has higher wear resistance, good toughness and low CoF what provides an effective way how to reduce wear of your tools. Titanium carbonitride coatings can be used for taps, thread forming, punching, metal forming. TiCN coating provides higher performance compared to TiN.
